Online media undermines the authority of religious preachers because many online users feel obligated to do da'wah (preaching) even though they not have capacity for knowledge. provides easy facilities sharing with people and groups one click. The distribution this content such as writing, images or videos is done on various platforms including WhatsApp group (WAG) often without considering suitability being shared, audience WAG members, purpose establishing a WAG. This study intends reveal practice in used quantitative approach, i.e. poll method conducted res- respondents criteria having background, namely employees Ministry Religion students alumni Islamic colleges (PTAI) Semarang City its surroundings. re- results show that contents (56.6%) mostly shared are related Koran hadith. share most organizational (54.2%) family (41.6%).
